Refund Policy

Westfield Academy is known for its extraordinary teacher to student ratio. Classes are assigned and teachers hired based upon enrollment numbers. If a student decides to withdraw a registration after classes have been assigned and teachers hired, we are unfortunately unable to provide refunds or credits of tuition collected. Likewise, we cannot provide refunds or credits for classes missed due to other commitments. Thank you for understanding.

Because cost decisions are based on enrollment numbers, our refund policy is as follows:

75% of tuition  –  60 days prior to first day of class/camp

50% of tuition –  45 days prior to first day of class/camp

15%  of tuition –  30 days prior to first day of class/camp

At any point after 30 days prior to the first day of class, no refunds or credits will be granted.

 Academic Year Class Terms

Students register for a class term. Refunds or credits are not provided for classes missed due to other commitments. Westfield does however offer rolling admissions. Students registering for a class on or after the 4th week of the term will be assessed a pro-rated tuition but will be required to register also for foundations lessons which will provide them the basic skills to join a class midstream. The number of foundations lessons required will vary according to experience level of the student.

 Weekly Summer Camp Terms

Cost is calculated on a per-week basis. There is no prorating. Each week must be paid in full, regardless of the number of days the child attends for that week.
